1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed, along with tracking details (if applicable).
  • In case of delays due to high order volumes or unforeseen events, we will notify you promptly via email.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within India. International shipping is not available at the moment.
  • For remote or non-serviceable areas, additional time may be required for delivery, and we will inform you accordingly.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size/weight of the package.
  • Occasionally, free shipping may be offered during promotions, subject to terms and conditions.

4. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • In case of courier delays (due to weather, strikes, or other factors), delivery may take longer. Please be patient as we work with our courier partners to resolve such issues.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • You can track your order on the courier partner’s website using the tracking number provided.

6. Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a delivery attempt fails and the product is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a redelivery. Additional charges may apply for reshipping.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it.
  • We may ask for photos of the damage to assist with our investigation and resolve the issue quickly.

8. Cancellation and Changes to Orders

  • You can request order cancellations or changes within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us.
  • After 24 hours, changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
